Why I created Crossroads
My name is Sandra Burkholder, and I'm the creator of Crossroads. I'm also a licensed Realtor® serving Lancaster County and the surrounding communities, but Crossroads was created for a different reason.
Over the years I've watched friends, family members, and clients face incredibly difficult seasons where the house became only one piece of a much larger story.
I've walked through many of these crossroads personally.
I've walked through divorce.
I've walked through the loss of a parent.
I've watched a best friend struggle through foreclosure after a personal crisis.
Like many people, I've learned that housing decisions are rarely just financial — they're emotional, personal, and often made during seasons of grief, uncertainty, or major life change.
Those experiences are why Crossroads exists.
Not to convince people to buy or sell.
Simply to provide trustworthy information so people can make decisions with confidence.
My hope
If you're here, my hope is simple.
